I used to hate my body, and have a toxic relationship with food because of it.

I used to hate it so much that I physically wrote out in a notebook to punish myself with crunches if I ate a snack.

I couldn’t pass a mirror without picking out every single thing wrong with what I saw.

I was obsessed with the idea that “fixing” my body would make me happy.

So what changed?

I decided I wanted more out of life. This meant I needed to ditch diet culture’s standards for my body and learn what it truly means to be healthy & happy.

This is exactly what I teach inside my guide so that you can get to this place of body freedom too!

Nutrition & Fitness should add more joy to your life — not take it away.
